NDLEA IN A MISSION TO CURB DRUGS ABUSE IN TEENAGERS



The chairman of National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency Awka Chapter Mr. Sule Momodu, has advised the students of Kenneth Dike Memorial Secondary School Awka, to stay free from Drugs Abuse.


This was gathered during their sensitization on drugs abuse at the assembly ground. His words “Students don’t do drugs, stay off, drugs will destroy your life, drugs will make you not to achieve your dreams.”


At the same time, He also advised the students to be obedient children and also respect their teachers for a better society. He also encouraged the school authority to have a Drugs Free Club, Press Cub, etc in order to keep the students active and enlightened.

However the students of KDMSS presented a drama and a talk show to throw more illustration on the dangers of drugs abuse. A pledge was taken by the students promising to stay away from drugs abuse.
